1. Who we are
Nikistian is operated by Nikistian Media Private Limited. By using this site or subscribing to the membership, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Nikistian is a paid online education membership and community. It provides structured learning across multiple schools, an ask-your-doubt community, live workshops, and curated resources, accessible via web and mobile.
3. Education-only disclaimer
All content on Nikistian is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No outcomes, returns, or earnings are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.
4. Subscription & billing
Membership is ₹997 per month, billed monthly through TagMango, our payments and subscription partner, until you cancel. Prices are inclusive of GST.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@nikistschool.in. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reselling or redistributing content, no scraping, no abusive behaviour in the community, no sharing of your account credentials with others.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and software are owned by Nikistian Media Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access them for learning purposes.
8. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@nikistschool.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for conduct that harms other members. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your membership.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
