• Account info: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
• Payment info: processed by TagMango. Card details are not stored on our servers; we only retain transaction metadata.
• Usage data: pages viewed, learning progress, community activity.
• Communication: messages you send to support.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, process billing, provide support, send product and transactional communication, and improve the platform.

To improve the service, we record which pages and lessons members use, linked to their account. Page history is kept for 90 days.

3. Processors we use

• TagMango — payments and subscription management.
• Supabase — hosting, authentication, database.
• OneSignal — push notifications.
• Resend — transactional email.

Each processor handles your data under their own privacy terms, which apply in addition to ours.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nikistschool.in.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfect; if you discover a vulnerability, contact us at support@nikistschool.in.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. You can clear them in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and operational needs.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be communicated by email.
